There is no official Chicken Road APK, and that is the whole story
InOut Games distributes through casino operators. The game is a browser title served by the operator's game server, which means there is nothing for the studio to package as an installable file — and therefore nothing that a file calling itself a Chicken Road APK can be a copy of. Everything under that name was assembled by somebody else, for their own reasons.
The search volume for this is real, so it deserves a straight answer rather than a scolding.
There is no official Chicken Road APK. Not one that is hard to find, not one that is region-locked, not one the casinos suppress. The game is a browser title: the operator's server runs the round and the phone draws it. There is no application to package because the application is the lobby.
That single fact settles everything else on this page, because every file offered under the name is therefore not a copy of anything. What those files tend to be

Why a mod cannot work, mechanically
This is worth understanding rather than taking on trust, because “it's unsafe” convinces nobody and “it cannot work” is checkable.
The round's outcome is decided on the operator's game server at the moment the stake is committed, before the chicken moves. The client on your phone receives a result and animates it. There is nothing in the client that decides anything, which means there is nothing in the client to modify.
A modified client can lie to you. It can draw a bigger number, show a balance that is not there, or claim a win that never happened. What it cannot do is change what the server recorded, and the server is where the money is. How to actually play it on a phone
Open the casino lobby in the phone's browser. Find InOut Games in the provider filter. Open the title.
That is the whole procedure, and it gives you the real build: the real ladder, the real cards, the real bet chips, the real information panel with the paytable and the return figure printed by the game. Nothing is installed, nothing needs updating, and the lobby is the same one the cashier lives in — which matters when it comes time to get paid, as getting paid explains.
If you want the game on the home screen, most phone browsers will add a bookmark that opens full-screen and looks like an app. That is a shortcut to the lobby, not a package, and it is the only “app version” that is actually the game.
If you only want to play, not to bet
A lot of the APK search traffic is not looking for a casino at all — it is looking for the game, free, on a phone, because the chicken is charming and the decision is fun.
That is a reasonable thing to want and it does not require installing anything from a stranger.
