Contact: one address, and what to put in the message
No form, no chat widget, no ticket number. One address reaches the people who write these pages, and a message that names the page and the figure gets answered faster than one that does not.
That is the address. It reaches the desk that writes the pages.
What makes a correction easy to act on
Three things, and a message with all three usually gets fixed the same week:
- The page. Its address, or its title — “the difficulty page” is enough.
- The figure. What is printed, and what you believe it should be.
- Where the right one is. A clause number in an operator's terms, or a line from the game's information panel. This is the part that turns a disagreement into a correction.
Corrections are genuinely welcome. A one-subject site that gets a card ceiling wrong has failed at the only thing it does, so a reader who spots one is doing the job of an editor we do not have.
What we cannot do
Move money. We have no access to any operator's systems, no account with any of them beyond what is disclosed on about, and no ability to release a held withdrawal. If a payout is stuck, the route is the operator's own support first, and then the authority named in its licence entry — which is one of the reasons the licence number is printed for every row on where it runs.
Confirm what your lobby will show you. Game catalogues are filtered by the operator and by the country an account was opened from, and checking from outside an account does not answer it — a lobby will serve a page for a title it will not actually give you.
